You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Merle Norman Elizabethton is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or acts of nature.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full money-back refund.

• In-Store Returns: Eligible for a cash refund or refund to the original form of payment.
• Online Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items must be received in good condition before a refund is processed.
• Exchanges: May be completed in-store, or items can be shipped back for an exchange credit issued as a digital gift card.
• Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after the returned item is received for the credit to appear on your original payment method.

Merchandise must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Clearance, sale, and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
